Mingle360 Joins WordCamp Mid Atlantic Team

As many of you know, I have been working hard with Aaron Brazell and Alex Hillman on getting ready for WordCamp Mid Atlantic 2009 coming up in May. I will say that it has been great working with them and reaching out to the community for help in sponsorship and services. On that note I am very happy to announce that we have one of the new up and coming DC area companies, Mingle360, joining the team to help us put on a world class WordCamp.
Mingle360 is a very innovative company that offers a suite of products (Minglestick and MingleManger)that is geared for trade shows, conventions, and events like WordCamp. In turn they are then able to brand the MingleStick to suit their needs and pass one out to every person in attendance. In turn this ubiquitous piece of hardware allows all the attendees to connect with each other with just a click of the Minglestick. Bye-Bye business cards. All the interactions are stored on the Minglestick until later when they can download all the exchanged info they received from the interactions directly into the MingleManager.
Our Wordcamp attendees will then be able to review and connect with the people you met that day and choose on a very granular level what information you want to share with the various people.
We are very happy to have Mingle360 on board to help us all connect during, and long after WordCamp Mid Atlantic !
